• We reserve the right to modify programme fees with reasonable notice

3. Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel their booking:

• More than 14 days before start date: Full refund
• 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before start date: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

4. Participant Responsibilities

As a programme participant, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect
• Use equipment and materials responsibly
• Follow safety guidelines provided by instructors
• Notify us of any health conditions that may affect your participation
